One hundred percent solids are regularly mixed with special colors, quartz and other related components to enhance brightness, prevent skids, and resist fading from UV light.
Before the installation process begins our company pays careful attention to the temperature, humidity, and surface moisture conditions. During the preparation we focus on dust control, critical barriers, and keeping the work area free of debris or contaminants. The next step is the mixing process which is key. We calculate the size of the area, the precise epoxy amounts, and exact time frames to finally apply the mixed coating consistently for perfect thickness, texture, and unique design. We might not be Van Gogh, but we consider ourselves artists.
