Airborne Dust Control

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a final rule to curb lung cancer, silicosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and kidney disease in America's workers by limiting their exposure to respirable crystalline silica. The final rule takes effect on June 23, 2016, after which industries have one to five years to comply with most requirements, based on the following schedule:

  • Construction - June 23, 2017.
  • General Industry and Maritime - June 23, 2018.
  • Hydraulic Fracturing - June 23, 2018 for all provisions except Engineering Controls, which have a compliance date of June 23, 2021.

We utilize the best dust control techniques and methods to work efficiently with each customer and environment.

  • "When I contacted Fundisa Restoration Company, Inc. and Mr. Salamanca, he came to the property and addressed all the damages, he promptly wrote up an estimate and proposal for the work that was needed at the property. As soon as the agreement was made, Mr. Salamanca began the job at hand and completed the job in the time which was estimated. Mr. Salamanca has been upfront, honest and very competitive in his price for the project. From the very beginning of the job, he has explained and reviewed every step of the work he has done for my edification.  I recommend Angelo Salamanca as an honest, sincere and very hard working individual.
