Our extensive abatement experience make us the ideal remediation contractor to handle hazardous incidents and/or scheduled removal of hazardous materials. Our staff are properly trained in handling materials, storage, disposal, health hazards, personal protective equipment and variety of other safety topics.

Hazardous material and special wastes may include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

  • Mercury spills, light tubes/bulbs, thermostats, thermometers and manometers.
  • Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB’s) light ballast, electrical equipment, switches and transformers.
  • Lead acid batteries and battery-powered emergency lighting. Compressed Gases: Cylinders, fire extinguishers.
  • Equipment containing freon: HVAC units, room air conditioners, refrigerators, water coolers and chillers.
  • Petroleum base liquids and chemicals. Drums, buckets, cans, household cleaners, pesticide containers.
