I want to thank Fundisa and Angelo for an outstanding service. Our apartment in West Palm Beach was damaged by mold and we also had asbesto in our popcorn ceilings. To say the least, we were overwhelmed on how to remediate this problem. Angelo, however, explained the situation clearly in detail, professionally wrote working protocols explaining how the work was going to be carried out. Angelo was very professional, always providing his expert opinion, and respectful of our questions. we were away during the entire cleaning/remodeling-project, Angelo made sure that we were informed on a daily basis as to the progress of the work and sent us picture daily demonstrating step-by-step the work being accomplished. Angelo was always on time and work schedule was carried out without delays. Every time I called angelo no matter what time of the day he responded right away with no delays. Angelo went far and behind for us during our distance project. We definitely and strongly recommend Fundisa it provided quality service and Angelo provided all the professional support needed to us.

Our initial meeting with Angelo gave him the opportunity to view the work site and explain in detail what/how his company would eliminate the popcorn ceilings and skim/finish coat the ceilings in a safe manner. Angelo made it very clear what his company's steps were, what our responsibilities were to prepare the work area, and the payment schedule. The rest is history. We went back to our home state and let Angelo do his thing. Upon completion, I arrived back to the unit and was pleasantly surprised to see an enormous change to the unit. The ceilings looked amazing and the unit was clean considering what had taken place. Angelo definitely stands by his work commitment. His schedule is like clock work and his expertise in this field is outstanding. I would recommend him for the removal and finish of your popcorn ceilings.

I had an excellent experience with Fundisa. I had asbestos siding in West Palm Beach that needed to be removed. Service was prompt and pricing was excellent. At the beginning of the job Angelo mis-quoted me in my favor. Instead of modifying the quote he stuck to his price even though it was below market rate. The job experienced delays due to permitting with the city, but Fundisa stuck with me until we were able to complete the job. Very happy with the work done.

I recently used Fundisa Restoration for an Asbestos Abatement on a home I am remodeling. First, Fundisa is one of the few Asbestos Companies licensed by the state of Florida still doing business. Do Not Assume that any "remediation company" can handle a proper abatement. They can't, and you'll never have peace of mind knowing that your job was done correctly and safely. Once I contacted Angelo, he was extremely professional and responsive (he was able to take a look at the proposed job the same day I contacted him). From the start he let me know what to expect and how long the process could take. He also walked me through what permits to get, filing the notice of commencement, and getting post-abatement air testing (there are two). Angelo promptly filed the necessary permits and was able to get started shortly thereafter. In the case of the house I was working, all of the walls and ceilings had asbestos-containing material and had to be removed. His crew spent about three days stripping the place to the CBS walls and roof trusses. When the work was done, not only was the house immaculately clean (hard to imagine on what was essentially a box with a roof and no interior), but the old wires, vents, and other junk in the ceiling had also been removed. Post abatement testing using the TEM method revealed a level of 4, where 70 was considered passing. Without question, Angelo and his team did an amazing job which they fully document and stand by. In the event I encounter another situation with asbestos, mold, or any hazardous materials I will be calling them to perform the abatement.

They pick up the phone when called, respond timely to text and e-mail, they are articulate and helpful in their communication, verbal, text and e-mail, they do exactly what they say they are going to do (show up on time, every time), they are knowledgeable about the regulatory process, they provide impeccable follow-up/follow through and to top it off, they are approachable and easy to talk to, friendly. I never expected to be doing an asbestos abatement of the popcorn ceiling in the condo I recently purchased, so I had lots of concerns and questions that Angelo answered with patience and respect. We could not be happier with Angelo and Fundisa Restoration! Our condo developed a mold issue when the air conditioning unit broke. Mold spread across many walls and onto the popcorn (asbestos) ceilings as well. We were in need of both mold and asbestos remediation ASAP! I found Fundisa on the BBB website. I reached out and was immediately contacted by Angelo. His professionalism and communication skills are top notch! He immediately began pulling the necessary permits to begin our project. He kept on schedule. He communicated any issues that came up along the way. He maintained a safe work space. He stayed well within his bid. After a catostrophic asbestos contamination, we were lost on what to do and how to proceed. I had four contractors come out including Angelo with Fundisa Restoration. Angelo was by far the most professional and courtious out of the bunch. After great consideration and after a few follow-up calls, we decided to sign with Fundisa. His workers took great care with my home and treated it as if it was their own. Due to the sheer amount of asbestos fibers that were released into the air we failed the first air test but Angelo and Fundisa made it right. In the end, the final air testing showed amount of asbestos in the air was undetectable. It was a massive task that we could not have completed without them. I am extremely appreciative for the Fundisa team and would recomend them without hesitation.

I met and evaluated quite a few companies before deciding to go with Fundisa for Asbestos popcorn removal. Angelo and his team were definitely the right choice and were on the ball every step of the way. This was no easy job. House had to be 90 degrees and popcorn had been painted over who knows how many times. Not once did they complain or try to adjust their deadline. Thank you for everything Angelo. We engaged the services of Fundisa Restoration to totaly remove the asbestos that was in a beach house we purchased. This was a very extensive and intricate job. It is impossible to covey how satisfied and happy we were with the work done by this organization. They were incredibly responsive, responsible and attentive. It was more than obvious they were interested in doing an excellent job and satisfying our needs. They certainly did! The principal of the firm was consistently communicating with us and his transparency and attention to detail was quite refreshing. There were continious and consistent status updates. He was able to successfully work with some at times difficult governing bodies.

Rather than admitting that he never took the time to create a numerical breakdown of what it would cost to fix my home, he was bold enough to say that I couldn't afford his company and that they would not take my job. If this blatant display of disrespect and unprofessionalism is how this man chooses to run his company, then I am beyond delighted to take my business elsewhere.

Great company to deal with. The owner came by and handed me an envelope with all of their licenses and certifications. He then went around the house with me to inspect the job (asbestos removal). Two days later he emailed a very reasonable price. Four days later the job was done. I periodically watched the work, very professional, all safety practices in place, and clean up was exceptional. We then walked the house and I signed off on the job. I am very happy start to finish!

I had contracted Mr. Angelo Salamanca with Fundisa Remediation Company, Inc. to clean my townhouse that was damaged by Hurricane Jeanne in September 2004. The house, due to a delay in contracting a roofer was totally molded and had major water damage. When I contacted Mr. Salamanca, he came to the property and assessed all the damages, he promptly wrote up an estimate and proposal for the work that was needed at the property. As soon as the agreement was made, Mr. Salamanca began the job at hand and completed the job in the time that was estimated.
